What we keep, and for how long.

Last updated 28 October 2026.

Who we are. This tool is run by Avery Growth Ltd, a company based in England. We are the controller of the personal data described here. For anything about your data, write to lorenzo@averygrowth.com.

What we collect. Your first and last name, your email address, your company name, the domain you audit, the market you pick, and the moment you accepted this policy. Once the audit finishes we also keep your score and the product category we detected. Your IP address is passed to Cloudflare for the bot check and is not stored by us. We count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics and measure how fast pages load with Vercel Speed Insights; neither sets cookies or identifies you. We use no tracking cookies.

Why we use it. To run the audit you asked for and email you the report, which is necessary to provide the service. To follow up about your AI visibility, which is in our legitimate interest as the business offering this tool; you can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any email or writing to us. To keep the tool free of abuse, also a legitimate interest.

The report itself. The audit result and the raw AI answers are held for one hour so the page can show them and the PDF can be downloaded, then deleted. The only lasting copy is the PDF you download or receive by email.

How long we keep your details. Up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted from our database and our CRM. Sooner if you ask.

Who else handles it. Each provider receives only what it needs for its step. The details you submit in the form, with your score and category, are stored in our HubSpot CRM, which we use to manage follow-up. DataForSEO collects the AI answers and receives your domain, brand and the buyer questions, not your personal details. Anthropic's Claude reads your public homepage and the audit results to write the summary. Resend sends the email and receives your name, email address and report. Cloudflare Turnstile receives your IP address and browser signals to tell people from bots. Sentry receives error reports from the site and the server, with the domain you audit and your browser type, never your name or email address. Vercel hosts the site and counts page visits and load times without cookies, and Neon hosts the database. We do not sell your data.

Outside the UK. Some of these providers process data in the United States or elsewhere. Where they do, the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations, including the UK-US data bridge, or by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive it in a portable format. Write to lorenzo@averygrowth.com and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or to the data protection authority where you live.

Changes. If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
