Terms & conditions

The rules for using this tool.

Last updated 28 October 2026.

What this is. A free tool from Avery Growth Ltd that asks AI assistants questions about your company and checks whether AI crawlers can read your website. It is meant for SaaS companies checking their own site. By running an audit you accept these terms.

Who can use it. The tool is for business use. You must be at least 18 and, if you run an audit for a company, authorised to act for it.

Your use. Audit only domains you own or are authorised to review. Do not submit audits by automated means, try to get around the limits, or use the tool in a way that harms it or anyone else. We may refuse or limit audits at our discretion.

The report. AI answers vary between runs and by location. The report is a snapshot, provided as is, and is not a promise about how any AI product will answer in future or about business results. It is general information, not professional advice. You may use and share your report freely. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google and other names belong to their owners, who are not connected with this tool.

Liability. The tool is free, so as far as the law allows we accept no liability for any loss arising from your use of it or reliance on the report, and our total liability to you is limited to £100. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Availability. We may limit, change or stop the tool, or update these terms, at any time. The date at the top shows the current version.

Your data. How we handle your details is described in the privacy policy.

Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Contact. Questions about these terms go to lorenzo@averygrowth.com.
